Internships
College students and recent graduates have the opportunity to intern in either my Washington, D.C. office or my District Office.
D.C. Interns assist with legislative research, office management, and communication tasks such as drafting letters and responding to constituent inquiries. This hands-on experience provides insight into the workings of government, policymaking, and the legislative process, while allowing interns to develop professional skills and network with political leaders and staff.
District Interns assist with constituent services, help manage community outreach efforts, support local events, and handle administrative tasks. Interns also assist with researching local issues, drafting correspondence, and engaging with community members. This internship offers valuable experience in local governance, public service, and networking with local political and community leaders and staff.
